If you really want to be ridiculous...
In increasing their membership to 14, the Big Ten conscripts and then forces Divison 1A football upon Harvard, Columbia, and Pennsylvania. They are taken from the Ivy League to garner the Boston, New York, and Philadelphia markets.
NOTE: Only Ivy League school have academics that meet with the Big Ten's exacting high standards. And since they were good so long ago, it's only a matter of time before they dominate again. It's simple logic.
The SEC goes ta 14 by takin' Texas and Oklahoma. The Big XII can take a long walk on a short pier. There's resistance at first, but us southern boys could give a sh!t.
NOTE: The South rose up... Texas and Oklahoma rose with 'em.
The Big XII raids CUSA for Houston, Rice, Tulsa, and UTEP in an attempt to retain a large portion of the Texas and Oklahoma markets, as well as their BCS status. This comes to be called the "Big XII Post-Mortem Raid."
NOTE: 5 years later, the Big XII loses it's BCS status and becomes a footnote in history.
The BEast bludgeons the ACC and reclaims their former members, BC, Miami, and VT, stealing Maryland in the process, and the remaining ACC schools invite Troy, UCF, ECU, and USM.
NOTE: 5 years later, the ACC is given probationary BCS status to be reviewed on a year-to-year basis.
Now that's ridiculous...
