Interesting thread Mike,I am board so I'll play along. Though some may not like my answers. Anyway:

1 - WAY over hyped and not as good as everyone thinks. ( start bashing, I know. )

2 - They were big when I was a kid, so I really cant answer. What I have heard is decent stuff.

3 - Suck.

4 - Great southern rock. Classic to this day.

5 - If not for Steve Martin this film would pretty much suck

6 - Great, Ok, why bother, see 3rd answer

7 - Never had it.

8 - UNsweet please. ( I am after all a yankee! )

9 - Not sure.

10 - Good with crackers. Good on a grilled samich, hell its good on everything.

11 - I have kids so I hate those stations.

I like sweet tea (after all I'm a Suthuner).
I like cheese and crackers

1. Guns N' Roses? I only liked a couple of their songs - had potential but too many personality clashes.

2. Cheap Trick? They were big in my era - the 70's

3. The Black Crows? don't like them

4. Lynrd Skynrd? again from my era - great band

5. The Three Amigos? a bad movie that should have been a lot better

6. The Four Alien movies? Only saw the first 2 - # 1 was great

7. Chicory?

8. Ice Tea? gotta be sweetened tea

9. Cheetahs? fast

10. Cheese? I love sharp cheddar cheese

11. Disney Channel/Nick TV? Becasue of my youngest daughter, I've had enough Disney Channel to last a lifetime.

6. The Four Alien movies? 1 was great, 2 was good, 3-4 should have quit at 2.

11. Disney Channel/Nick TV? I have 3 kids so I am very aquainted with them. Channels that my parental controls don't affect. Invader Zim was a very funny show that didn't really fit on Nick.

Liked some of their stuff, but was never a big fan.

Liked them in the early days. I saw them at the WVU Coliseum opening up for Robert Plant right when they were first coming onto the scene.

4. Lynrd Skynrd?

Never liked them.

5. The Three Amigos?

Never seen it.

6. The Four Alien movies?

Liked the 1st and 3rd the best, didn't see the 4th. I thought the 3rd was really underrated.

7. Chicory?

No clue

8. Ice Tea?

Unsweetened only

9. Cheetahs?

You can't really ride on them, unlike what they show in "Harold and Kumar Go to White Castle"

10. Cheese?

It's a good thing, especially on burgers.

11. Disney Channel/Nick TV?

Don't watch it. Too busy watching the Sugar Bowl on DVD.... ok, just kidding. Don't really watch much TV except for sports, music and politics.

I suppose since there is some interest I can go ahead and answer my own thread.

1. GNR has some good songs. Some opinions are right though. The longer they existed as a band the wheels started falling off. The music got worse. Slash was one heck of a guitarist. I hated Axl's voice. They have some classic tunes though.

2. Cheap Trick has some classic tunes. Surrender, I Want You To Want Me, etc. Their guitar player is crazy with all the funky guitars he plays. I saw them in Daytona once for Spring Break. I got on MTV for having one of the letters of Bun E. Carlos on my chest (the drummer). It seems a little gay now though. You are right. They are a mediocre underrated long lasting band. But they did do the theme to That 70's Show.

3. I like the soulful southern sound of the Black Crowes. They have about 4 good songs.

4. It doens't get any better than Skynrd. Come on, admit it, when you hear the first chords to Sweet Home Alabama, you get an urge to stand up, sing out loud, hold up a lighter, play air guitar, and feel a little bit southern, even if it's just for a moment. Turn it up!

5. I think the Three Amigos is an awesome film, full of great memorable one liners. Take time to appreciate the incredible stupidity of it. It's a masterpiece.

6. Aliens (2) was the best in my opinion. Alien (the original was scary as crap) and nearly as good. Alien 3 & 4 were desperate attempts to wrap up the series. Neither delivered. They should make another one.

7. D'yall even know what chiory is? It's a wild flower that grows along the side of most roads down here in the south. I don't know about the rest of the country. It has light blue flowers on gangly looking stems. It's roots are used to either make coffee or tea or add flavor to coffee and tea blends. It's a nice looking flower. I haven't tasted it yet though.

8. I love ice tea. I like it flavored. I like it sweet or unsweet. It's refreshing.

9. Cheetah's are great animals. I think they'll be extinct shortly after my lifetime though. Too much inbreeding. I wish I had one as a pet.

10. I wish too much cheese wansn't bad for you. I love cheese, all kinds.

11. The more I watch Disney and Nick I like it. I miss some of the older Nick cartoons. I can't believe I just said that. I'm a grown man. They have some pretty good programming for family considering some of the shows that are out there on TV now.
